Or circular breathing which means not taking any pauses between the inhalation and the exhalation, it's circular rhythmical breathing.

It acts as a bridge between the different levels of your mind and takes you deeper and deeper into yourself, into the unknown places within, so that you can shine a light of awareness upon them, discovering and releasing them from your body.

In essence is about surrender, it's about allowing with the exhale to let go, again, and again, and again… and connect more with trust and the willingness to experience and realise that we are held by mother earth, by the universe, by life itself.

Somatic human catharsis is a vital process for achieving emotional and physical well-being. All catharsis of personal distress involves a release of somatic (bodily) and emotional tension. Somatic release, in particular, requires the expression of repressed emotions, enabling profound healing and transformation.

You can’t move forward with your life until you’ve released these energies, attachments, vows, karmic connections, resentments, pain, victim mentality, trust and intimacy issues, co-dependency, relationship struggles, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and more.

By attending these classes, workshops, or sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

GENERAL OVERVIEW

These breathwork sessions are designed to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Benefits may include improved sleep, vitality, reduced stress and anxiety, trauma relief, enhanced clarity, and intuition.

HEALTH CONDITIONS AND PRECAUTIONS

Breathwork sessions are powerful practices that may not be suitable for everyone. You must consult your doctor before participating if you have any of the following conditions:

  • High or low blood pressure (contact me if it is managed).

  • Heart conditions or arrhythmias.

  • Pre-existing lung conditions.

  • Epilepsy.

  • Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychotic episodes.

  • Unstable pregnancy.

  • Untreated or severe PTSD.

  • Detached retina or glaucoma.

  • History of strokes or seizures.

  • Recent major surgery.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for assessing your physical and mental health and ensuring it is safe for you to take part in these sessions.

SESSION GUIDELINES

  1. Focused Energy Release Work:

    • As a trained Somatic Breathwork facilitator, I offer “Focused Energy Release Work” to help participants who feel stuck, ungrounded, or incomplete during or after a session.

    • Support may include somatic touch (e.g., holding your hand) or verbal guidance, always with your consent.

    • The breather remains in control of the process, including the depth of the experience, and no one is forced to go beyond their comfort zone.

  2. Participant Safety and Experience:

    • Somatic Breathwork can bring up intense emotions, discomfort, or memories. As your facilitator, I will respect your experience and only intervene if necessary to ensure safety.

    • Breath checks and somatic support may occasionally involve safe, consensual touch to help you ground yourself and release tension.

  3. Control and Responsibility:

    • You are always in control of the breathwork process. The depth and pace of your experience are driven by your breathing.

EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL CHALLENGES

While the sessions often bring about clarity, calm, and connection, participants may encounter emotional or physical challenges during or after the sessions. These experiences are part of the process and may require reflection and integration.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No Refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

  • Deposits or payments for workshops are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the facilitator, but according to the situation, you might be offered another day to attend.
