Releasing stored trauma and tension in the body is key to change. Through specific practices, this retreat helps you let go of emotional and physical tension that often manifests as pain and stress.

BREATHWORK
Breathwork offers powerful tools for stress relief, emotional balance, and deep healing.
This retreat includes morning dopamine-boosting breathwork, shamanic breathwork, and evening rebirthing breath sessions. Mastering breath can bring you control over your energy, emotions, and daily well-being.
SOMATIC BREATHWORK
Also called Conscious Energy Breathing, this is a rhythmic breathing technique with no pauses, connecting you with deep, hidden aspects of yourself.
It’s a journey of self-discovery and release, helping you shine a light on repressed emotions and surrender to trust in life’s natural flow.
HOF CHI
Hof Chi is a powerful movement practice developed by WIM HOF, blending principles of Tai Chi with his signature breathing techniques.
Hof Chi involves slow, deliberate movements synchronized with deep, rhythmic breathing. The practice channels energy through your body’s natural pathways, releasing blockages and promoting a state of flow. This mindful approach combines physical movement with the energetic focus of breath, making it both calming and invigorating.
COLD IMMERSION
Cold water immersion boosts immune function, circulation, and mental clarity while reducing stress.
This retreat includes cold exposure to invigorate your body and mind, building resilience and providing a natural “high” that leaves you energised and refreshed.
SAUNA
Sauna sessions help the body detoxify, ease muscle tension, and promote relaxation.

A cacao ceremony uses ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart, fostering connection, joy, and emotional release.

SHAMANIC JOURNEYING
Humans have been synchronising voice, sound and movement to produce deep trance states for millennia.
Shamanic Journeying is a powerful meditative practice that combines the rhythmic beat of drums, evocative music, and intentional breathwork to guide participants into altered states of consciousness. Rooted in ancient traditions, it provides a bridge to connect with deeper layers of the self, spiritual guides, deeper insights, healing energies, and the natural world.
QUANTUM DIVE
After the breathwork, you are in a deep relaxed state and it is easy to change old patterns and beliefs.
Luis brings you from a safe space where you are allowed to let go of everything that does not serve you anymore. Your true Identity can flourish again and you experience your power and autonomy.
FIRE CEREMONY
A fire ceremony is a shamanic ritual that releases old energies and emotions, creating space for new intentions.

RETREAT INFO
The event will be a 3-day full immersion, with limited spaces, and the accommodation will be shared (only because of the logistics, with meals included )
Day 1 starts at 11 am.
Day 2, starts at 8 am.
Day 3, starts at 8 am and will finish at 1 pm.
The time will be managed to create a good connection and flow in the group, between workshops, practices, meals, rest, fun or even time to oneself in a safe place to help you reconnect with your inner guidance.
If you came from out of Cork County, I would recommend you stay the previous night in Skibbereen, and from there, it’s a short drive to Baltimore Pier, or get a lift (with someone that comes from Cork). As we progress, I’ll be creating a What’s app group with all the participants.
ACCOMMODATION + MEALS
Sharing/ accommodation and meals are included in the price and will be provided by Sherkin North Shore.
Our max capacity for groups is 14. We believe the essence of group and retreat trips is getting to share experiences with others and our sharing rooms provide the perfect balance of intimacy and space.
Our retreats include nutritious vegetarian meals made fresh on-site to support lightness and easy digestion throughout the journey. You’ll also enjoy fruit, healthy snacks, coffee, and herbal teas available during the day. Adjusted for any dietary needs or intolerances. Every dish is prepared with care to nourish body, mind, and spirit. 🌿
SHERKIN ISLAND FERRY
Sherkin Island is a fifteen-minute ferry ride from Baltimore Pier.
Fares (Return Tickets) €15
Ferries for Sherkin Island leave from the small fishing village of Baltimore. The trip across the harbour from Baltimore takes approximately 10 minutes and both the winter and summer ferry boats are fully licensed to carry passengers. The ferry is operated by Vincent O’Driscoll. All sailings are subject to weather and other conditions. Group and cargo bookings can be made directly to the ferry by calling 0879117377

Situated on an island in West Cork on the Wild Atlantic Way, it is perfect for those seeking an escape for quiet contemplation, for rest and restoration or an inspirational creative space.

OAKLIFT RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT & TERMS
1. GENERAL
By booking and attending an Oaklift Wellness Retreat (“Retreat”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, structured, and high-quality experience for all participants.
2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All bookings must be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan prior to the Retreat.
Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. CANCELLATIONS
All payments are non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, a transfer to a future retreat may be offered at the sole discretion of the organizer.
If the Retreat is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund or transfer option will be provided.
The organizer is not responsible for any additional personal expenses.
4. DISCLAIMER
The Retreat is intended for personal development and experiential learning. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
5. HEALTH CONDITIONS & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental health.
By attending, you confirm that:
You are fit to participate in breathwork, movement, and cold/sea exposure
You have disclosed any relevant health conditions in advance
This includes (but is not limited to):
Cardiovascular conditions
Respiratory issues
Neurological conditions
Recent injuries or surgeries
Anxiety, panic disorders, or other mental health considerations
The organizer reserves the right to limit or modify participation in certain activities based on disclosed conditions.
You should consult a qualified medical professional if unsure.
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in all Retreat activities—including breathwork, movement, and cold/sea exposure—carries inherent physical and emotional risks.
By attending, you voluntarily accept full responsibility for your participation.
7. SAFETY MEASURES & COMPLIANCE
Participant safety is a priority. All activities are guided with clear instructions and safety protocols.
Participants agree to:
Follow all instructions given by the facilitator
Act responsibly and within their personal limits
Inform the facilitator immediately if they feel unwell or unsafe
Failure to follow safety guidance may result in exclusion from activities.
8. SEA & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Participants must remain within designated safe areas at all times.
Entering deeper water or acting outside of guidance is done entirely at your own risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for incidents resulting from failure to follow instructions.
9. PUNCTUALITY & STRUCTURE
Participants must arrive on time for all activities.
Sessions will begin as scheduled and will not be delayed.
Late arrival may result in exclusion from sessions to maintain safety, structure, and group flow.
10. GROUP ENVIRONMENT & RESPECT FOR OTHERS
All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
This includes:
Respecting personal boundaries
Avoiding disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour
Supporting the group dynamic
Participants are expected to be present, engaged, and respectful at all times.
Any behaviour that negatively impacts others or the integrity of the experience may result in removal from activities or from the Retreat without refund.
11. SUBSTANCE RESTRICTION (FULL RETREAT DURATION)
For the entire duration of the Retreat, participants are required to abstain from alcohol, recreational drugs, and smoking.
This is a core condition of participation due to the nature of breathwork, nervous system work, and performance-based practices.
Participants must attend all sessions in a clear, sober, and regulated state.
This restriction applies at all times, including within accommodation, studio spaces, common areas, and all Retreat-related activities.
Any breach of this condition will result in immediate removal from the Retreat without refund.
12. PHONES, RECORDINGS & STUDIO ETIQUETTE
To protect the integrity of the experience:
Phone use during sessions is not permitted unless explicitly instructed
Audio, video, or photo recording during workshops or classes is strictly prohibited, especially in studio-based sessions
Participants must remain present and respect the shared space
Failure to comply may result in removal from sessions or the Retreat.
13. PRIVACY, PHOTOS & VIDEO
During the Retreat, photos and videos may be taken for promotional and educational purposes.
By attending, participants grant permission for their image, voice, or likeness to be used in marketing materials, social media, and content related to Oaklift.
Participants who do not wish to appear in such content must inform the organizer in writing prior to the Retreat.
All participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories, images, or recordings of other participants without explicit consent.
14. RIGHT OF REMOVAL
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant at any time if their behaviour:
Compromises safety
Disrupts the group environment
Violates these Terms
No refund will be issued in such cases.
15. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
16. PROGRAM CHANGES
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, activities, or structure of the Retreat if necessary to maintain quality and safety.
17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking and attending the Retreat, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
Participation in any activity constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
